One of the greatest functions of PASS is the ability to create a folder with your favorite pictures. We will often ask you to choose your favorite pictures that you like to start your wedding album or to tell us which one you would like us to print on canvas.

We know that sometimes it may not be as easy as we would love it to be so here is a step by step tutorial on how to “favorite” the pictures.

First you will receive an email or a facebook message telling you that your gallery is ready.

Click on “view photos”. It will open a new window and you will see this window. There is a short description of PASS and it gives you a new “view photos”. Click on it.Choose your favorite with PASS

Your gallery will open and you will see few of your pictures. (Click here for more details about how to use PASS). Choose your favorite with PASS

Move your mouse on top of the picture you would like to favorite and a star will appear. Click on the star.Choose your favorite with PASS

A new window opens asking you to log in in order to save your favorite. If you are already signed in it will simply save the pictures. If you haven’t log in yet, click on “create account”.Choose your favorite with PASS

A new window appears. If I sent you a message through facebook, log with facebook as it’s easier. If not click on “create an account with Email”.Choose your favorite with PASS

In the new window, fill in the information. Please indicate the email I used to send you the link. Decide for a password and enter it twice. Choose your favorite with PASS

When it’s done the same window with your pictures we appear and you will see a small star in the left corner of the picture you decided to favorite.Choose your favorite with PASS

If you click on the three bars on the top left a left column will open. In this column you can click on “My favorites” and you can see the pictures you have chosen.Choose your favorite with PASS

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any question or problem with PASS! You can reach us at info@severine-photography.com.

Elizabeth & Michael’s wedding at Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast Florida was nothing but beautiful. Elizabeth put so much work and energy in the organization of their wedding and their day was spectacular! We were so happy to be part of their special day and we couldn’t wait to see everything coming together.

Santa Maria Del Mar is a beautiful church close to the beach in Palm Coast and it was a perfect location for their ceremony. We decided to have the formal pictures at the Hammock Beach Resort and  we were so incredibly lucky to have a perfect sunset sky.

Thank you so much Elizabeth and Michael for having us on your special day!!! We love you!!!

I wanted to share few pictures of the photo booth that we had at a Famous Dead Hollywood People Halloween party last October. It was so much fun as every guest played the game and had a costume! Let’s try to see if we can recognize all of them! But feel free to leave a comment for those that I will miss 🙂  (I am not that good at recognizing people… lol)

Our photo booth is an open-air photo booth that means that everybody can see the picture and also that it’s beautiful. See it here for all information about the photo booth.

We (Severine and Jorge) were Grease… Oliva Newton-John and John Travolta… ok… they are not dead… and we were supposed to represent dead famous people… let’s say that they are not looking like this anymore so it works 🙂Photobooth by Severine Photography.

I truly think printing your pictures is so important that I decided to share one of my final project as an example.

The class was called ‘Alternatives Processes” and we were learning to use old processing like Cyanotype. Cyanotype is described by Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyanotype) as a photographic printing process that gives a cyan-blue print. The process was popular in engineering circles well into the 20th century… A positive image can be produced by exposing it to a source of ultraviolet light (such as sunlight) through a contact negative. We were using the sun as developer just like it was in the 20th century. I thought that a good idea would be to use old pictures of my family that I would reprint as cyanotype. I didn’t have any old pictures with me here in Jacksonville as they all are in Switzerland. I called my aunt who was nice enough to accept to help me and started to scan pictures for me. Some of those pictures are more than 100 years old,  and I wouldn’t have any pictures of my family if they hadn’t printed their pictures all those years ago!!!

Please print your photographs for the generation to come!

I am so happy to have had a puppy Weimaraner visit the studio. His name is Beckham like the famous soccer player. If you know me you certainly know that I love Weimaraners. I personally have two Weimaraners, two boys. They are two years old. The funny thing is that one of my boys also have a famous soccer player’s name: Zizou. Zizou is the nickname of Zinedine Zidane, a famous French soccer player 🙂 I cannot believe that I haven’t wrote any post about my two boys. I promise to do it really soon and to put some pictures too!

Beckham is 8 weeks old and I couldn’t believe how small he was! I forgot how small a puppy was. Beckham is really small but he was so fast, I could barely follow him 🙂

In this picture we were able to get Beckham and his brother together. It wasn’t easy because they don’t really like each other yet. We can understand as Beckham is still very active and a little annoying for his older brother 🙂
