As professional photographer we made the decision to use an online software called PASS to deliver our pictures. We know that it can sometimes be a little bit confusing on how to use PASS so we decided that it would be helpful to have a step by step tutorial on how to download your files from PASS.

First time we looked on the internet about Bridal Show Booth we couldn’t find any help. We decided to share our process thinking that it may help somebody in the same situation.

We have four shows coming up at the beginning of next year and we have been putting lots of thought in our Bridal Show booth. We want it to represent who we are and our style. We also want it to show our beautiful work. How do we do that in a booth that is not bigger than 8×10 feet?

First we decided that we wanted the structure to be seen from far and represent our brand. So after countless hours of discussion we opted for our main color: orange. I know… it sounds crazy but you will see it’s gorgeous! If you don’t know our studio downtown yet look at this video to discover how we implement our color in our decoration.

Here are some pictures of the first step:

At that point we already had the structure. I will explain in a later post how we built it.

Bridal Show Booth

That’s the track light that we use. Bridal show tends to be dark and you really want light on your pictures. We decided for this option as real track for trade show are really expensive. We bought those in Home Depot. Bridal Show Booth

We decided to match the booth with our brand color: orange. It’s also a way to set us apart from other booths which are usually white, grey, or black.

Few more to go and it should be done. We will paint our logo on top.

Lauren & Jacob’s Queen’s Harbour wedding was beautiful and we couldn’t have been happier to have been part of their day. They are such sweet heart and their love to each other is a joy to contemplate. Every moment of the day was full of emotion, love, joy, friendship; they made our job so easy as we recorded their special day!

Lauren planned every details and they worked wonderfully together. They even had a cross made for the occasion. Look at the pictures of the ceremony and you will see that the cross over viewing the ceremony matches perfectly the surrounding; it seems to have always been there. Anything with Plants and Flowers did an amazing job with the flowers; they were gorgeous! I am still dreaming about the amazing cupcake I got… Sweet by Holly cake was delicious!

Here is a slideshow teaser of the wedding! We will have soon the full galleries ready 🙂

Last month I had to honor of photographing my brother and his fiance’s Fernandina Beach Wedding. Chris and Amber are a great couple and I am happy to have a new sister in the family. For their wedding they just  wanted a small ceremony and reception with just their closest family and friends. They found a beautiful spot on beach that was a perfect location for the ceremony. The ceremony was on the beach, right before sunset and the lighting was amazing, plus the weather  was perfect they couldn’t have asked for a nicer day to get married. After the ceremony we headed to the historic downtown district of Fernandina Beach to celebrate their wedding, my brother rented a room a their favorite Irish Pub where we had a nice diner and  enjoyed their cake in the company of their family and friends.

Stephanie wanted a fun modern outdoor engagement session and I am so happy to finally be able to share on my own blog Stephanie and Alan’s amazing engagement session! We decided to wait because we knew that it would be published and we didn’t want to comprise our chance to be published in an exclusive blog. And we did it! It was published in Pretty My Party on November 4. Click HERE to read their post.

When Stephanie decided to book with us her wedding she told me that she wanted something a little bit different for her engagement session. She definitely wanted outside with a sofa and later on with a piano. I was so happy!!!! Somebody who wanted something different and a little more edgy 🙂

We took some time to finalize the props… (not that easy to find a piano that you will be able to take outside and has a vintage look 🙂 Finally Stephanie found the perfect one and we were all set!

The same day, the amazing Katrina Lathrop Photography was starting their stop motion video. It was done as introduction to their wedding stop motion. You can see HERE the full stop motion.
