As I get older, I find that continues to be true. I’ve had the chance to explore many new places since my childhood family vacations, and I’m always excited to experience new foods and customs, always documenting them with my camera. And for the last two years, I’ve been lucky enough to do the same with weddings as I learn about my couples and their cultural backgrounds, record their stories as they play out in front of my lens, and watch them experience life together in a new way.
I LOVE TO EXPLORE NEW CULTURES AND PLACES
I was very young when I fell in love with other cultures and with the ability to travel. Because I was born in Switzerland, which has four national languages, I learned early on that not everyone spoke the same language, and as I grew up, I was fascinated with the cultures I encountered on family vacations around Europe. Like many people, I grew up with a camera in my hands, and photography paired nicely with my love of travel.
